Monique Perkins, M. Ac., L. Ac.
Monique is a graduate of the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Hallandale Beach. Florida. She started her career in health care as an emergency medical technician. Her interest in acupuncture grew from her personal experience of the effectiveness alternate medical approaches when a life threatening illness during her twenties. After recovering, Monique investigated various forms of alternative healing. These experiences led her choose acupuncture and chinese herbal medicine as her main healing modalities.
She has been practicing acupuncture for two years and received her license to practice in the state of Florida in 2006.
